Making peace with my Passap Duomatic 80

My Passap Duomatic knitting machine has just been standing quietly in a corner this winter without being used. This is because it is much less challenging to use the Brother knitting machine and it is thus usually my first choice to use. However, the patterns and possibilities that come with the Passap Duomatic are so nice that it should get much more attention and so it did this weekend. It also makes beautiful even edges and a very nice cast on. This little blanket is knitted with one of the patterns described in the instruction book for the Passap Duomatic 80 (page 69).

The yarn was some leftover red Volga from Yeoman yarn that I used to knit christmas sweaters last year, so the length of the blanket was defined by the amount of the yarn that I had awailable. Knitting 860 rows would have made this a regular size blanket.
