Cast on with settings N/N 2 1/2 / 2 1/2 orange strippers, handle down, knit one row. Hang cast on comb, remove strippers. CX /CX 4 1/2 / 4 1/2 knit 4 rows The stich on every 3rd and 4th needle on the front bed is transferred to the back bed and the needles set in out of work position. Pattern, see picture showing pusher position. Black strippers, handle down. A very usdful hint when knitting AX is that it is helpful to ignore the needle rule and have both left back bed needle as first needle and right back bed needle as last needle. N /AX 5 1/2 / 5 1/2 arrow to the left Knit until you have knitted 700 rows.

Cast off by moving all the stitches from the back bed to the front bed, leaving the needles on the back bed in knitting position.

N / N 5 1/2 / 6 1/2 knit one row. Use the green crochet needle to cast off as shown in the pictures showing cast off.
