Hat small Rib

Cast on 75 L - 75 R and hang the cast on comb. I knit 3 rows selvedge on tension 0. Knit rib, I actually knit with tension 7 on the rib and tension 6 on the main bed, knit 24 rows and then transfer all stiches to the main bed.
